O: Anterior Belly - digastric fossa of mandible
Posterior Belly - mastoid notch of temp. bone
I: Intermediate tendon to hyoid
N: Anterior belly - mylohyoid nerve (branch V3…CN5)
Posterior belly - CN 7
A: depresses mandible, elevates hyoid
