- “folklore stories di not give the child the idea of evil or ugly” that’s in the child already because it is in the book already.
What does fairytales give the child?
it gives a clear idea of the possible effect of evil.
What is the difference between Myth and Folklore?
MYTH- held in sacred and religion, often used as synonym of false tool, serious problems across different religion.
FOLKLORE- Secular but not sacred.
This is a kind of folklore that are typically taught to some truth can be highly exaggerated.
LEGEND
Like folklore it emerges out of the cultures of everyday people.
