Characterisationn:
The way characters are developed through actions, dialogue, description, and internal thoughts.
Example: A shy character may constantly avoid eye contact and speak in short sentences, revealing their discomfort in social settings.

Definition: The sequence of events, usually following the narrative arc: exposition → rising action → climax → falling action → resolution.
Example: A story starts with a student preparing for a race (exposition), facing setbacks (rising action), winning or losing (climax), processing the result (falling action), and moving forward (resolution).

Definition: The narrative perspective — first person, third person limited, or third person omniscient.
Example: First-person narration can offer a subjectevie
Narrative Voice
: The distinctive style and tone of the narrator.
Example: A sarcastic, self-deprecating voice can add humour and personality to a personal recount.
Symbolism
on: The use of objects, settings, or actions to represent deeper meanings.
Example: A wilting flower symbolising a dying friendship or relationship.
