June 30th 1934, where Hitler feared the power of his para-military wing the SA and used his secret service the SS to assassinate its leaders. Hundreds of other people who opposed Hitler were also murdered. (Eg: Ernst Rohm)
The Enabling Act
March 23rd 193, a document signed by president Hindenburg giving Hitler the power to make laws without the Reichstag or reichstrat.
Reichstag Fire
February 27th 1933, Hitler blames the fire on communists to sway support against them.
Saar Plebiscite
1935, 99% of voters (presumably pressured into voting) voted for the Saarland to be annexed by Germany.
Re-Militarization of the Rhineland
March 7th 1936, Hitler sends troops over the border of the DMZ Rhineland in direct violation of the TOV
Rome-Berlin Axis
October 25th 1936, the pact of non-aggression between Italy and Germany.
