What are some common thoracic aggravating factors?
rotate trunk deep inhale/exhale coughing or sneezing lifting neck or UE movements non-movement (i.e food related)
What are some common easing factors for cervical pain?
lying down
changing pillow height
sitting with head/arms supported
bracing
raising arm overhead (arm abduction sign)
-may ease UE SxS with C4 or C5 radiculopathies
-Bakody’s sign
