Any high risk factors - if yes refer for imaging
-65 or older
-Paresthesias
-Dangerous mechanism
–3 foot fall, axial load to head, MVA more than 100km/hr, Motorized recreational vehicle, bicycle collision

Low risk factors - if yes refer for imaging
-If more than simple rear end collision
-unable to sit
-Not ambulatory
-Delayed onset of neck pain
-Midline tenderness

Rotation - if no refer for imaging
Active head rotation left and right
