Carry impulses from body surface (SKIN) to CNS

Causes movement (somatic and autonomic)
Somatic Motor Nerves: VOLENTARY MOVMENT OF MUSCLE
Autonomic Nervous System
Connects organs to CNS. NOT VOLUNTARY. Feelings not related to senses. (Sympathetic and Parasympathetic) Muscle related
Sympathetic nervous system
Carries impulses tha stimulate organs. Fight or flight. adrenaline, fear. muscle related
Parasympathetic nervous system
Carries impulses of feelings back from organs. Slow down and digest. Muscle related

Forebrain, midbrain, and hindbrain

Front section of brain: (olfactory loves, cerebrum, thalamus, hypothalamus, and pituitary gland.
