A

Every circuit has an equivalent voltage source from the standpoint of the two output terminals. The voltages can be simplified to one in series with a resistor.

Every circuit has an equivalent current source from the standpoint of the two output terminals. The original circuit and the Norton circuit produce exactly the same voltage and current for any load
