Pathophys: autoimmune demyelinating polyneuropathy, peripheral nerves, thought to be antibody mediated
Hx/Ex: >8 weeks, motor predominant, some sensory change, length dependent, absent reflexes
Ix: NCS +/- LP + MRI
Rx: IV-Ig, PLEX, Ritux, steroids
