What is Feudalism?
A system where kings and nobles gave land to knights or lords in exchange for loyalty and service.
What were the main parts of Feudalism?
Loyalty, military help, land ownership, and people helping each other.
What is Manorialism?
A system where a lord’s land (the manor) was farmed by peasants who gave part of their crops in return for protection.
What was life like under Manorialism?
Most people were farmers who worked hard on the land and lived in small villages near the manor.

The Church had a lot of power—it helped make rules, taught people, and influenced daily life.

How did chivalry affect society?
