A

Created a minimum wage, max work week 44 hours, overtime pay and no child labor.

Bonus Army

A

WW1 vets support a bonus bill to grant early pension due to service. Vets camped in Washington (10,000), bonus bill rejected by congress but 2,000 vets stayed. the army is sent to disperse them, led by general MacArthur and Eisenhower. Drove from buildings and shacks burnt.
