Which does NLP prefer…. content or process?
Process
True or False: NLP focuses on WHY you do what you do
False. They believe the result comes from WHAT you were focusing on.
What is everything in the world made of?
Energy
Neurological Connection
Neurons in your brain make connections with each other to make you think, feel, and act
What is the job of an NLP Practitioner?
Understanding how we accept limitations and how we create our own barriers within ourselves that block our unlimited potential and possibilities.
Identify the challenges and learn how to get past them to create the life you / your client wants!
Can your mind affect your body?
Yes! The brain communicates with all parts of the body every second. This is the mind-body connection
Why is it possible to live without having a brain?
Because the body compensates for its weak points. The functions of the brain were “reassigned”.
Same reason why blind people have a better sense of touch and smell - they need to adjust and adapt in order to survive.
Can you change your brain even as an adult?
Yes! You can amend your brain as long as you have the right mindset and beliefs. Anything is possible.
Brain Plasticity
When your brain makes new neural-pathways - makes new connections and retracting the old ones.
Are thoughts imaginary?
NO! Thoughts are very real - made of energy (bioelectrical and biochemical impulses)
They are the most potent energy we know of!
