• Class 3, Non-Fireproof construction (Brick wall, Wood floor beams, and Wood floors)
• Two to Four apartments per floor
• Stairway to the cellar is located inside the building, usually beneath the interior stairway
• OLT’s feature light and air Shafts
• Wood stairs and stairway enclosures
