Dosage: 162-324 mg
Route: PO chewable tablets
Indications: Chest Pain/ACS (Heart Attack)
Contraindications: True Allergy Active GI Bleed
Proventil
Generic: Albuterol Sulfate
Class of Med: Bronchodilator adrenergic Sympathomimetic (beta 2 agonist)
Dosage: 2.5-3mg/3ml NS (Adult 2 years or older)
1.25/3ml NS (pedi 6 months-2yrs old)
MDI per patient RX: 1 dose and any repeat doses call med control
Route: Nebulized / Patient MDI or albuterol assist program
Indications: Asthma COPD Expiratory Wheezing
Contraindications: True Allergy
Atrovent
Generic: Ipratropium bromide
Class of Med: Bronchodilator Anticholinergic
Dosage: 500mcg (Adult 2 yrs or older)
250 mcg (pedi 6 months 2 yrs old)
Route: Nebulized
Indications: Asthma COPD
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to Atropine
Epi-Pen auto injector (adult over 25 kg)

Route: NC 2-6L NRB 10-15L BVM 15-25L
(10-12 breaths per min)
Indications: anytime needed or as requested
Contraindications: N/A

Dosage: 1mg/kg to a max of 25 mg Age 2yo and up
Route: PO Liquid or Oral tablets if age appropriate
Indications: mild or moderate allergic reaction

Valium, Diastat
Generic: Diazepam
Class of Med: Benzodiazepines smooth muscle relaxant anticonvulsant
Dosage: (2-6yo .5mg/kg PR) (6-12 yo .3mg/kg PR/IN) (12+yo .2mg/kg PR/IN)
Route: Rectal PO IM/IN
Indications: pediatric seizures need to have a prescription and may assist
