What are natural numbers?

Numbers you can count on your fingers.

What are integers?

They're whole numbers (no decimals, no fractions) but integers also include zero and negative numbers. 

{..., -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, ...}

Integers: {..., -2, -1, 0, -1, 2, ...}

Is 0 (zero) a positive number?

Nope. Zero is neither positive nor negative.

What are rational numbers?

They're numbers that could be written as a fraction.

Rational numbers: anything that could be written as a fraction.

What are real numbers?

Literally all of the numbers you've ever heard of.

What are irrational numbers?

Numbers that can't be written as a fraction. You'll recognize these numbers in three ways:

Are all natural numbers also integers?

Yes. Natural numbers (N) are a "subset" of integers (Z).
