Is a part of cell membrane and nerve tissue, too much saturated fats can lead to this

Substance found in every cell. The body needs this to build and repair body tissues

Are compound found in living things and are needed in small amounts
Vitamin
Are simples substance found in the environment that are essential to the body’s functioning

Found in every part of the cell; carries dissolved nutrients throughout our body
