The sugar molecule which is broken down to release energy for exercise

Fat tissue stored beneath the skin and around some vital organs
What is Glycaemic index (GI)?
A measure of the effect different foods have on your blood glucose level
What is cholesterol?
A fat like substance that is essential for maintaining health but which cannot be made by the body.
However high concentrations in the blood increase the risk of heart disease
