Objection, Your Honour! (overruled by swag sales tips)

Question 1

Your speaking to a customer and after doing your sales pitch they say “ why would I pay for a premium plan or a repair when I could just get a whole new windshield for $100 through my insurance?”

What is your response?

You pitch the premium repair plan and he objects as he does not own this vehicle and doesn’t want to pay out of pocket for anything for the taxi.

What is your response to this objection?

• in this case, sell the repair plan and then transfer the vehicle to their personal vehicle!

( this also works if the customer intends to sell their vehicle within the next year.)
