Eclampsia Mangement
A
IV bolus of 4g over 5-10 minutes + infusion 1g / hour
Monitor urine output, reflexes, O2 monitored, Calcium gluconate on standby for resp. depression
Treatment lasts 24hours post birth

FBC + UE + LFT + TFT + BP + Urine Dipstick + CTG
HELLP syndrome
Oral Labetalol
Delivery depends on consultant
