Suprapubic pressure. We do both together. Generally enough to fix shoulder Dystocia 50-60% of the time
If mcroberts fails?
Deliver posterior arm or try internal rotational maneuvers
But what if posterior arm delivery and internal rotational maneuvers fail?
Try the ALL Fours position.
Last line treatment for shoulder Dystocia
Cleidotomy. The cutting of the collar bone.
