Intentionally or recklessly causes persons to believe immediate and unlawful personal violence.. intent to cause fear.

The application of ‘force’ - the smallest degree of contact is sufficient.

Maliciously causes GBH with intent to harm - repeated, planned and intentionally caused.

Serious harm must be caused but not intended. Punching someone then they fall and crack open their head.
