It is the most common office for entrepreneurs who don’t rent dedicated commercial spaces. It simply uses a home computer and a phone line.

It is a relatively new concept within the business world. It appears back to the 1990s when companies start to offer working spaces.

Business owners who prefer a private office but don’t want to furnish opt for furnished office suite.
Furnished office suite
It gives businesses a physical address and office-related services without long lease and administrative staff. Employees can work anywhere but still handle things like mailing address, videoconferencing, phone answering services, and meeting rooms.
Virtual office
It is a prefabricated portable office, temporary storage, or a combination of the two. It can be moved anywhere without an issue.
Mobile office
It is either a company’s headquarters or an office within a person’s home.
Home office
It is an unincorporated business that has one owner who pays personal income tax or profits earned from the business. It is the easiest type of business.
Sole proprietorship
It is not incorporated and has two or more owners. It is a formal agreement where two or more parties operates the business and share its profits.
Partnership
It is a legal entity that is separate and distinct from its owners. Owners share the ownership called stock. Owners are called stockholders or shareholders.
Corporation
The owners are not personally liable for the company’s debt and liabilities.
Limited Liability Company
Organizations that do not earn profits for its owners. Money earned or donated is used in pursuing the organizations objectives and keeping it running.
Not-For-Profit entities
Are multi-purpose bodies responsible for delivering a wide range of services. It promotes the well-being and quality of life of the citizens and community.
Government Units
The goal of this organization is to maximize profits for its owners and stakeholders.
Business
The goal of this organization is to provide valuable services to those who can benefit from them.

The goal of this organization is to provide services that citizens desire or need.
Government units
It is essentially a panel of people who are elected to represent shareholders; responsible for protecting the shareholders’ interest.
Board of Directors (Executive Information System)
Generally a team of individuals at the highest level of management in an organization; responsible for planning and directing a group of individuals.
Senior Management (Decision Support System)
It is the intermediate management level of a hierarchal organization that is subordinate to the executive management.
Middle Management (Management Information System)
Any person employed by the company or an affiliate; the ones who contribute effectively towards the successful functioning of an organization.
