- Place the meeting schedule on the school’s activity calendar before the start of the school year
- Make sure officer and committee reports are written and ready to present
- Post the agenda several days prior to the meeting to give all members a chance toe prepare for discussion and encourage attendance.
- Having one or two chapter officers visit with each class prior to the meeting to share the agenda and generate discussion.
- Assign all responsibilties for special guests, programs, recreation and refreshments.
