A time I overcame a challenge
When the internet went down at the school and the lesson I had planned relied on the wifi. Adapted the lesson to a whiteboard discussion based approach. Students actually got more out of it, they could ask authentic questions and I could relax and not be so strict on the content. The lesson still got taught, aligned with the curriculum, the lesson wasn’t wasted and I would use this approach is I was to teach the lesson again.
How do you give feedback?
I am specific and remain positive.
If you became Prime Minister tomorrow what policy would you change?
I would change the 5 day work week to a 4 day. I believe this would improve productivity and people would be able to get the same amount complete in this time and also have a sufficient amount of rest over the 3 day weekend.
