What is hand technique #2?

A

The same as #1, but twisting to your left to elbow again. #1 proceeds as follows: Step back with left foot into kee ma ja seh, using a right knife hand to the incoming punch, then proceed to right elbow the opponent, using both arms.

What is self defense technique #3?

A

Opponent grabs your left shoulder. You use your left arm to twist around theirs, starting from the inside, twisting to the outside, and supporting their elbow with your other arm to lift them up and back.

A

Opponent grabs your belt (palm facing upwards). Place both hands beneath the attacker’s elbow, and lift up and back.

A

Step back with left foot into kee ma ja seh, using a right knife hand to the incoming punch, then proceed to right elbow the opponent, using both arms.

A

Step to the side with left leg, and perform a right side kick to the opponent’s ribs.

A

Step back with right leg into hu kul ja seh, and do a roundhouse kick while the opponent punches.

What is self defense technique #4?

A

Opponent grabs your left lapel with their right hand. Grab attacking hand with your right, placing your thumb beneath the attacker’s, and wrapping your other fingers around the “knife edge” of the attacking hand. Step back with your right foot into kee ma ja seh, while twisting your opponent’s hand across your chest. As your pull, use a left knife hand to the opponent’s elbow, to bring them to the floor.

What is self defense technique #1?

A

Opponent grabs your left wrist with their right hand. You open your left hand fingers, step between the opponent’s legs, and swipe down and out of their grasp, proceeding to left knife hand the attacker’s wrist, and chambering your right hand.

A

Step back with right leg into hu kul ja seh, and do a side kick while the opponent punches.

What is hand technique #5?

A

Step to the side with the right foot, using a left knife hand to block the incoming punch, while simultaneously punching the opponent’s philtrum.

What is self defense technique #2?

A

Opponent grabs your right wrist with their right hand. You strike with a left knife hand to the back of their right hand, while stepping forward with your left foot into kee ma ja seh. In the same movement, you bring your right hand back, in preparation for striking the opponent’s neck with it.
