Hypertension Contraindications
- Prolonged vigorous, or potentially painful techniques
- Full body lymphatic drainage
Headache palpation
Commonly affected muscles: trapezius, SCM, levator scapula, suboccipitals,
muscles of mastication, scalp
Palpate muscles of respiration (scalenes, SCM, intercostals, diaphragm)
Palpate areas for heat, coolness (ischemic), hypertonicity, trigger points in
muscles
