What is the the morning checklist

A

Securely open the store ensuring all alarms are deactivated.
Print your Daily Overview.
Allocate roles to your team members with clear time targets.
Complete pallet counts and accept picklists, submit an under or over claim if needed.
Complete the opening due diligence checks in Store Task Manager, including temperature checks.
Review the Pi differences and action recounts before the delivery is worked.
Check Stores2014 for an OPC and action as required, add any stockholding issues to the day’s PI.
Spot check the previous nights date check.
Ensure all necessary inventory controls are in place.
Allocate till drawers to your cashiers including a Click and collect till.
Ensure the store is cleaned as per the Weekly Cleaning Checklist.
Open the store on time ensuring the isles are clear for the customers.
