A
T - Timolol 0.5%
A - Apraclonidine 1%
P - Pilocarpine 2%
Plus po Acetazolamide, analgesia, antiemetics

How does treatment differ in AACG if vision loss is present?

A

Use the TAP eye drops (timolol, apraclonidine, and pilocarpine)
But us IV acetazolamide instead of po, and IV mannitol

Differential diagnosis for headache?

A

AACG, Temporal arteritis, SAH/EDH/SDH, Benign (migraine, tension, cluster), meningitis/brain abscess, stroke, dissection, Cavernous sinus thrombosis
