No
Can aged 10-11 years be charged?
Only for murder and manslaughter
Can aged 12-13 years be charged?
Only for murder/manslaughter and offences with punishment over 14 years
Can 14+ be charged?
If they are a serial offender
Can aged 14-17 years be charged?
Yes. Fully liable
