artifacts, espoused values, basic underlying assumptions
level 1 artefacts - the visible level/outer layer of culture
e.g. styles, uniforms. architecture, open plan offices. symbols used to convey an orginsations most important values
layer 2 espouded values - norms and values about appropriate attidues and behavouirs to have or exhibit

the cultrual web defined
a framework for analyzing and understanding an organization’s culture. The Cultural Web is made up of six key elements that work together to form the “web” of an organization’s culture.
for example (ritual and routine)
Employee recognition is another routine, with regular awards and recognition ceremonies for employees who go above and beyond in creating the magic for guests.
these elements don’t exist in isolation. They create a feedback loop, constantly reinforcing and shaping one another. It helps explain how the visible elements of a company’s culture are deeply connected to the underlying beliefs and assumptions that guide the company’s decision-making and behavior.

The culture of an organization has a significant impact on its overall performance and success. A strong culture can boost employee morale, increase retention, and lead to higher levels of productivity.
