Wundt opened the first laboratory dedicated towards psychological research
Introduced introspection the means of learning about ones own internal mental state and processes. Introspective knowledge is more immediate than sensory knowledge.
Wundt isolated conscious thoughts into basic structures of thoughts images and processes in a process called structuralism
Method of data recording highly scientific controlled standardised and therefore accurate.
