What is a web based application? what are its benefits.
An application which can be ascessed through a web brwoser over a network connection. It provides convenience of 24/7 hour availability. By using WBA, users can book tickets. IT can be caterogised into two applications- (online finiancial transacations) (provies infromation and interaction via filling forms, writing emails)
What is a online reservation system?
OSR allows booking and cancelling for tickets. It allows users to retrieve information based on reservation of a ticket.
