Headache Red Flags (SNOOP T)

A
  1. Systemic Symptoms -
    Have you been experiencing fever, weight loss or neck stiffness (meningitis)?
    Have you been diagnosed with any other medical conditions such HIV or cancer?
  2. Neurologic Symptoms - Do you ever feel like you are confused or fainting?
  3. Onset - Is the headache extremely painful and comes on very suddenly (subarachnoid hemorrhage)
  4. Older - Has the headache been getting progressively worse overtime?
  5. Previous Headache History- Has this ever happened before? Is the pattern the same?
  6. Triggered Headache - Anything makes the headache come on?
