What are the types of anaemia and their classifications?

A
Microcytic + hypochromic:
Iron deficiency 
Thalassaemia - B major and minor and A minor  
Chronic inflammatory disease 
Copper deficiency 
Sideroblastic anaemia 
Normocytic + normochromic:
Chronic inflammatory disease - infection (e.g. HIV), IBD
Recent blood loss 
Chronic renal failure 
Bone marrow infiltration/malignancy 
Marrow aplasia/hypoplasia 

Macrocytic:
Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) deficiency (e.g. pernicious anaemia, ileal resection, strict vegan)
Folate deficiency (e.g. malnutrition/absorption, chronic haemolysis, phenytoin/trimethoprim
Hypothyroidism
Chronic liver disease
Marrow failure
