prostacyclin (from endothelial cells) is a vasodilator (by activating cAMP), mimiced by iloprost/epoprostonol.

nitric also vasodilator (by cGMP), cGMP is blocked by phosphodiesterase. Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor.
