Cosa pensi di Tomaso. Cosa ne pensi? (This is “pensi di” b/c it’s an opinion).
Pensi spesso a Tomaso? Ci pensi spesso? (This is “pensi a” b/c it’s a thought coming to mind. Ci used used to replace something after a verb where ‘a’ is used)
Mi piace Tomaso e ne penso spesso.
