To summarize I would definitely say my time on the scheme has given me the opportunity to develop my skills and knowledge in relation to sales and marketing.
A key learning has got to be the importance of placing customers at the forefront of a sales and marketing strategy.
Moving forwards I’ll continue to adopt a customer affairs mindset as ultimately customers determine the success of the business. And that’s the end of the presentation any questions?
