The vomiting infant
A
Projectile—> Do they get really hungry afterwards? Any change in the size of their head? Are their eyes tracking you properly together? Any abnormal head positioning? Sitting upright?
Bilous–> Any systemic signs of feeling unwell, fever? Is the stomach warm to touch? Are they irritiable? Are they quiet for short periods and then irritable again?
Blood–> Any blood in the vomit? Any blood in the stool? Any changes in the stool that you notice?
Any masses you can see on the tummy?
