Acinic granules! A clue to an acinar cell carcinoma. They stain positive on PAS-D shown here. Prominent nucleoli and mitotitc activity are also often present.

Mixed acinar cell neuroendocrine tumor

Squamous morules are also often present – which stain positive for beta catennin.
