A

Physical activity benefits you as it reduces the chance of obesity as you burn excess calories while exercising. This means that you won’t be carrying excess weight and won’t be slowed down from additional fat so can perform for longer.

It strengthens your bones to reduce the chance of osteoporosis. This is done by taking part in weight bearing activities such as running. From this you are less likely to recieve an injury.
