what are carbohydrates?

Information from an external source e.g. coach, teammates, parents
+ good for beginners

what is concurrent feedback and what are the pros and cons?
Whilst the performer takes place
+ skill can be adjusted
- not possible for fast skills
what is terminal feedback and what are the pros and cons?
After the skill has been completed
+ no time restriction
- skill cannot be adapted
