A

The British legislature made up of the House of Commons, the House of Lords and the monarch.

what can be described as bicameral, and why?

A
  • a parliament with two houses or chambers
  • creates some kind of balance in the political system
  • the 2nd chamber = diff kind of membership = ensure better representation + prevent the 1st chamber having too much power
