A
Parol evidence is evidence, oral or written, which has not been incorporated into a written contract.

Elements of Parol Evidence
A
- in writing
- contains a provision stating that the parties intend for the writing to be the complete/final/entire agreement of the parties
- When #1 and #2 are met no evidence of
(a) prior or contemporaneous
(b) agreements or negotiations
(c) oral or written, may be admitted, which would
(d) contradict or add to (supplement) the writing.
