What is neuroleptic malignant syndrome
Hyperpyrexia autonomic dysfunction rigidity altered consciousness and raised CK which is life threatening and seen after started neuroleptic meds

Term used to describe a behaviouralbtherapy that exposes an individual directly to their worst fear and aims to trigger desensitisation

What can happen is a patient is on an antipsychotic is put on an antidepressant
Can develop mania so stop the antidepressant
Can you renew a patients 6 month detention
First time you can renew is for 6 months and after that you can renew for one year at a time
