Advised to cut down/stop, no safe lower limit
MDT - obstetrics, midwife, AOD, GP, social worker, neonatologist
Maternal - social support, other substances, depression, violence, report of concern, macrocytosis, malnurtition/undernourished
Fetal - IUGR, increased risk stillbirth, dysmorphic features
Neonatal - acute: withdrawal, jittery, hypoglycaemia, acidosis, seizures
FAS - microcephaly, facial changes (hypoplastic mid facies), neurological impairment
