The Secretary- his department a professional staff composed of highly qualified architect engineers and technicians who possess diversified and professional experience in the field of building design and construction

Wood construction with protective fire resistant materials and one hour resistive

Masonry and wood construction
Type 3
Steel , iron , concrete or masonry construction and wall , ceiling and permanent partition shall be of incombustible fire -resistive construction
Type 4
Four hours fire resistive yhroughout and the structural elements shall be of steel , iron , concrete or masonry construction
Type 5
Their use or occupancy type of construction and resistance to fire
