What are the 3 classification of exercise?

Aerobics exercise
Require the muscle to contract against an external load to improve muscular length

Increase the elasticity of muscles and tendons etc.

It refers to the ability of your body systems to work together efficiently to allow you to be a healthy and perform activities of daily living
