Contralat abn - like upj obstruction
Cysts don’t communicate
Kidney mass around age 4-5
Solid:
Wilms
Wilms variant - clear cell, rhabdoid
Cystic:
Multilocular Cystic Nephroma - large cysts which PROTRUDE into the renal pelvis. Bimodal in peds and middle aged women
Teenage mass in kidney
Rcc - translocation type
Clear cell - think VHL
Lymphoma - secondary
Neuroblastoma stage 4S
Less than 1 year
Mets to skin, bone marrow (not cortical), liver
Good prognosis
Neuroblastoma stage 3
