Give!

(+ paracetamol for fever , antihistamine for rash)&raquo_space;common side effect of vaccine, don’t delay or cancel vaccine for such reason!

Don’t give the vaccine in case baby developed :

1-Severe allergic reaction ( skin rash + one pf the following:
-Shock (low BP)
Or
-Respiratory symptoms

2-Immunodeficiency ( for specific vaccines) or family hx

3-exogenous steroid related

See the pic + if pt have severe illness lead to hospitalisation or
received blood products, u can give vaccine after receiving the following by passing the following peroid:

-PRBC&raquo_space; 6 months
-FFP or platelets&raquo_space;7 months
-IG within 3-11 months

Note**
Measles can be given immunity after Blood Transfusion only in case of measles epidemic!
