Personality Development
It is the being which is the source of a person’s consciousness.
Self
Self is the essence of a person: his thoughts, feelings and actions, experiences, beliefs, values, principles, and relationships.
Psychology
The self includes a person’s life purpose, meaning, aspirations, and one’s relationship with a higher being.
Religion
Self is said to be defined by the roles we take when we relate with others, such as being your parent’s child, being a classmate, a friend, or a teammate.
Sociology
It is a term used to refer how someone thinks about, evaluates, or perceives themselves.
Self Concept
It is who you really are at the moment.
Actual Self
It is an idealized version of yourself created out of what you have learned from your life experiences, the demands of society, and what you admire in your role models.
Ideal Self
It is about understanding your own habits, needs desires, failings, and everything else that matters in your personality. “ The more you know about yourself, the better you are adapting to life changes that suit your needs.

The attribute of a person’s consciousness and beliefs, including the values and virtues that guide and put meaning into a person’s life.
Spiritual
Age when hereditary endowments and sex are fixed and all body features, both external and internal are developed.
Pre-natal (Conception to birth)
Foundation age when basic behavior are organized and many ontogenetic maturation skills are developed.
Infancy (Birth to 2 years)
Pre-gang age, exploratory, and questioning. Language and elementary reasoning are acquired and initial socialization is experienced.
Early Childhood (2 to 6 years)
Gang and creativity age when self-help skills, social skills, school skills, and play are developed.
Late Childhood (6 to 12 years)
Transition age from childhood to adulthood when sex maturation and rapid physical development
occur resulting to changes in ways of feeling, thinking, and acting.
Adolescence (Puberty to 18 years old)
Age of adjustment to new patterns of life and roles such as spouse, parent and bread winner.
Early Adulthood (18 to 40 years)
Transition age when adjustments to initial physical and mental decline are experienced.
Middle Age (40 years to retirement)
